Each ceramic piece created by Inge De Martelaere Ceramics is handmade and unique. Small variations in shape, colour, texture, glaze, finish, and dimensions are natural characteristics of handcrafted ceramics and are not considered defects.
Because each artwork is individually made, no two pieces are ever completely identical. These unique characteristics are part of the artistic value and authenticity of handmade ce-ramics.
Product photographs are displayed as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and the device used to view the images.
When placing an order or requesting the purchase of an artwork, the customer confirms that all information provided is complete and accurate.
After receiving an order or purchase request, Inge De Martelaere Ceramics will confirm the details by email, including the artwork availability, price, payment conditions, and any appli-cable agreements.
A purchase agreement is established once the artwork, price, availability, and applicable conditions have been confirmed and payment has been received or another payment ar-rangement has been agreed upon.
Inge De Martelaere Ceramics reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of sus-pected fraud, incorrect information, unavailability of the artwork, or circumstances prevent-ing the completion of the transaction.
If cancellation occurs after payment has been received, any refund will be processed accord-ing to applicable legal requirements and the circumstances of the transaction.
As each ceramic artwork is unique, prices may not always be displayed on the website. The price of an individual artwork can be obtained by contacting Inge De Martelaere Ceramics.
Each artwork has a fixed selling price determined solely by Inge De Martelaere Ceramics. Prices are not subject to negotiation or agreement between the parties.
Before a purchase is finalised, the customer will receive clear information regarding:
• the fixed price of the artwork;
• availability;
• payment method;
• any applicable shipping costs;
• any other relevant conditions.
A purchase agreement is concluded only after the customer has been informed of the fixed price and other applicable conditions, and payment has been received or another payment arrangement has been expressly confirmed by Inge De Martelaere Ceramics.
Payment conditions may vary depending on the artwork and the agreed payment arrange-ment. These conditions will always be communicated clearly before the purchase is com-pleted.
All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe transport.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances outside the reasonable con-trol of Inge De Martelaere Ceramics, including carrier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other logistical circumstances.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, and lo-cal charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For standard products purchased through the website, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
The customer must return the product unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an incorrect item has been delivered.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to artworks that have been made according to the customer’s specific requirements, personalised requests, or artworks that are clearly created as a custom commission.
Each ceramic artwork is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.
If an order arrives damaged or an incorrect item has been delivered, the customer must con-tact Inge De Martelaere Ceramics within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the artwork and packaging.
After receiving the information, Inge De Martelaere Ceramics will assess the situation and work with the customer to find an appropriate solution.
All content on this website, including photographs, artwork images, designs, texts, branding, and other creative materials, belongs to Inge De Martelaere Ceramics.
This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Inge De Martelaere Ceramics is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by cir-cumstances beyond reasonable control, including shipping delays, customs procedures, technical problems, or other external circumstances.
